Deposits & Cancellations

A €150 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place at the Retreat. By completing a booking form and paying the deposit, you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between NutriTrim on behalf of yourself and any other members of your booking. A written/emailed confirmation sent to you by NutriTrim means NutriTrim has accepted your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to your booking start date. If the start date is within 6 weeks of booking, the full amount is required.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests have travel insurance for the time you are at the Retreat. If you need to leave once the retreat has started, for reasons beyond your or our control, such as illness, family illness, etc., bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable by NutriTrim.


Weight Loss

Weight loss is different for everybody, and therefore we tailor your time with us specifically for you to make to the most of your time on the Retreat. The guarantee has the following terms and conditions:

  • Guests must complete to whole Retreat.
  • Guests must only eat the foods provided to them by their Retreat, which have been recommended specifically for them. Guests may NOT bring food or drink into the Retreat
  • Guests must take part in all the physical activities set out and follow the strict instructions of our Personal Trainer.
  • Personal detail forms (sent to you after the deposit is paid) must be completed at least 7 days PRIOR to the start date

Payment for all additional excursions or other activities must be paid direct to the 3rd party supplier.

Airport Transfers
Airport collection times from Alicante Airport will be arranged with you directly within 7 days of your arrival. A Representative from NutriTrim will collect you. On the day of departure the transfer will be departing at 10am. Should you require an earlier or later transfer, please inform NutriTrim within 2 days of your departure.

Changes to Bookings
Changes of contract are not valid unless agreed and confirmed in writing by NutriTrim.

Complaints and Suggestions
NutriTrim is confident that you will not have any cause for concern during your retreat. However if you should have any problems during your stay this should first be brought to the attention of the retreat manager in charge.
